This Master Class offers hands-on instruction in the art of barbecue, and covers everything from cut selection and meat preparation, to smoking techniques and developing flavor profiles. Topics discussed during classes will focus on barbecue style, wood selection, equipment use, wood selection, brining, cooking time. (Minimum number of participants required). 18 & Over.
